Terms of the £300 onboarding fee
Read these before you pay. They set out what the £300 + VAT buys, when you get it back and who you are paying.

What the £300 covers
The onboarding fee is £300 + VAT (£360 in total with VAT at 20%), paid once through Stripe. It covers three things, all done before any build:
- research on your service and the area you cover;
- your network plan: the towns, pages and domains;
- a check of your brand facts.
Refunds
If we cannot build a network that fits your service and area, everything you paid, £360 (£300 + VAT), is refunded in full. To ask for a refund, email hello@fatranklocal.co.uk.
After you pay
We contact you within one working day of your payment to book your onboarding call.
The monthly fee is agreed with you before any build starts. Nothing else is charged until then.

- Exclusivity for your trade and area.
- Any minimum term.
